Insights into the basics of operations and supply chain management

This certificate program will familiarize participants with the basics of operations and supply chain management.

Participants will explore applications in different business contexts and organizational structures, while identifying the role of leadership in these processes. Participants will elaborate on how to evaluate strategic and organizational risks within the supply chain, and cover topics such as:

  • (Sustainable) supply chain management and performance
  • Inventory Management and Logistics
  • Innovation in supply chain management

  • Procurement management and negotiation with suppliers
